What you’ll need on Saturday, May 23:

200 grams of Semola Flour di Grano Duro

20 grams of fresh mint (Pulieo/spearmint if you can find it!)

fresh basil

1 clove of garlic

1 - 400 gram can of tomatoes in tomato sauce/juice

Kosher Salt


Pestal & Mortar (or something you can mash the mint with)
