This Taurasi shows super-ripe red cherry and sweet herb aromas along with notes of boysenberry liqueur and herbs. This 100% Irpinia Aglianico finishes long and peppery in the mouth. Drink at room temperature with roasted meats.

Castelfranci

Straw in color, this Fiano exhibits the structure and body most associate with a red wine. You’ll get hints of honey, apple, and mushroom (from the forests nearby). Naturally made, serve this wine chilled with your favorite charcuterie.

Fontanarosa

Coda di Volpe is a native Irpinia grape and dates back to ancient Roman times. You’ll note hints of yellow flowers and the yellow color with reflections of light green.  Perfect served chilled with sweet or acidic foods or with any variety of antipastis.

Castelfranci

Naturally made from 100% Aglianico grapes, hand pressed, & aged without temperature control. You’ll note the deep ruby color, the minerality, & hints of plum, red berries, and blackberry. Pair with lamb or steak and serve at room temperature.

Fontanarosa

With notes of plum, this is a big red wine made from 100% Aglianico grapes. Extremely elegant, structured, big and tannic. This wine can be aged for 20-25 years. Serve at room temperature with your favorite steak or other meats.

Naturally made: no temperature control, filtration, or clarification. 100% Aglianico grapes, & hand harvested from 70 year old vines. Note hints of pepper, cherry and red fruits and serve at room temperature. Only 1300 bottles were made.
